My Approach -
I believe that you are the expert on your lived experience, and that I am your support – helping you achieve success and navigate challenges as we work towards your treatment goals. We will work together to identify your strengths, and areas of improvement that will set you on the road to achieve the personal, professional, and relational ideals.
I am oriented in humanistic psychology with a person-centered approach. Together we can create an environment free of judgment where we can nurture growth together with empathy and acceptance. I currently work with young adults, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and body image repair.

I believe health comes in all sizes. I utilize an anti-diet approach to health and wellness. With inspiration from The Center For Body Trust®, I support that everyone is entitled to the freedom to live in their body as it is, without shame, stigma, blame, or bias. I am committed to working with the principles of Health At Every Size® (HAES®) and to be a part of the change in the helping profession to create a safe place for clients to learn the resilience to live in a world filled with weight bias.
I have experience working with adults and older adults in community health on their journey of healing from their experiences of trauma, specifically domestic violence and homelessness utilizing Non-Violent Communication, aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
